Seeing the Göreme churches and their centuries-old frescoes would make history feel so real. I also found the carpet workshop fascinating, especially the patience involved in creating every piece by hand. This has given me a whole new appreciation for Cappadocia and its traditions.

What I loved most about this post is how it captures the true heart of Cappadocia, not just its famous balloon-filled skies. Your personal account from your visit made me feel like I was walking those valleys alongside you. The best travel experiences aren’t just about the places we see, but how they stay with us long after we leave. These pictures will be a great reminder for you of your travels for many years to come.
