I love all of this advice! The world has become such a stressful place, with everything seemingly off-balance as horrible leaders start to take over the world. Finding peace (at the very least, inner peace) in all of this has become more important than ever.

Spiritual peace is such an important aspect of life! I try to do as much as I can to calm my soul, like meditation and connecting with nature. It works wonders!

I love how you’ve done this deep dive into the meaning of peace. Peace has so many layers at a personal level, and it’s something we all seek universally. Over ten years ago I totally changed my life. Stopped living the way society and institutions condition us to live, leg go of the rush rush rush and allowed more peace and hush in my life. And that has definitely filtered to other areas of my life and how I interact with the world as a whole.

I find that when I look towards History, it helps me to appreciate the progress made. I can remember the great resilience of individuals and societies throughout time. This helps me feel a sense of peace.
