Yummy. I love me some indian food, it is one of my favorites. We have a local restaurant near me, and it's been a while. I need to go back to it soon now.

This sounds absolutely amazing. I love when a restaurant has a true story behind it, especially when it is run by University of Guelph alumni. That always makes it feel more connected to the community and to the students.

The Butter Chicken description alone has me craving it. Velvety, tangy, sweet, and buttery is exactly how it should be, and that little tip about adding sautéed ginger later in the process is such a great insider detail. You can tell the chef really cares about flavor. The goat curry and sesame seed naan also sound incredible.
