Loving these tips so much and we got super lucky when we bought our home in 2020. We have a super low interest rate and we also had a boom in the value after purchasing which gave us a nice boost in equity too. Purchasing a home is na must..... and I would like to invest and purchase others to serve as rentals.

These are good to know. I did not realize there are different kinds of mortgages. I feel that fixed-rate mortgages are better than ARMs since it avoid surprises when rates suddenly increase if the economy is not in good shape.

Anyway, I am bookmarking your post for future reference. Thank you for explaining this really well - in simple terms that's easy to understand.

Most of us will need to get a mortgage especially when purchasing our first property. This post helps to clearly explain what a first time home buyer will need to know in a clear and concise way. Understanding different mortgage options is essential. I like how you breaks down terms, types, and steps in the process, making the process feel less intimidating. This is a great guide for anyone trying to understand loans, interest rates, and practical financial choices.

Getting a house is so much better than renting an apartment. Sometimes the mortgage payment can be the same as rent except you are putting it towards one day owning your own house. I think it is so worth it!
