I think for me, the deal breaker would be if I cannot balance work with the quality of life that we aim to have as a couple and as a family. Because why else do we work so hard if it’s not to enjoy the fruits of it with them, right? I’m very much a team player so I’m not very sensitive at work unless, of course, there’s an extraordinary jerk in the company. The rest, i can live with.

I think it is important to create a positive and supportive work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and cared for. In so many workplaces you just feel like a number, but true camaraderie and support lead to much better results.
