					<description><![CDATA[I think for me, the deal breaker would be if I cannot balance work with the quality of life that we aim to have as a couple and as a family. Because why else do we work so hard if it&#039;s not to enjoy the fruits of it with them, right?  I&#039;m very much a team player so I&#039;m not very sensitive at work unless, of course, there&#039;s an extraordinary jerk in the company. The rest, i can live with.]]></description>
