I’ve been looking for another job but I’m being pretty picky about my standards. I’m not up for long commutes and I need some good benefits. Right now I work 5 minutes from my house. I don’t get paid what I should but I have more time at home, don’t pay for my lunch, and less wear n tear on my car. Those things do add up. I’ve been trying to find something up to 15 minutes away.

Yes, we are all brands and it’s important to remember that when going for job interviews. I agree that you should also have an elevator pitch ready to share with potential employers to quickly summarize your strengths and what you can bring to the organization.
