Introduction
Women have had a dynamic and positive influence on my life as I lived with my grandmother, two aunts, and two female cousins.
I graduated from Bishop Cotton School, did my undergrad at Hotel Management School, Les Roches in Bluche, Switzerland, and have an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.
Faith
Jesus was cool, hipster, a foodie, loved people unconditionally, believed in women’s empowerment, hung out with party animals, was non-judgmental, and converted water into wine. I believe in loving people unconditionally. Similarly, I accept that I am broken and without grace I am nothing. I neither affirm nor revile anyone.
Family
I have been married to Debbie for 23 yrs and Jean is in residence at the university. I am grateful for their unconditional love.
Finance
I have worked in wealth management for most of my life. Keep that same house, drive your car till the end, and save ten percent of your income.
Food
I have traveled to more than 30 countries. Food and culture fascinate me. I have worked in some of the best hotels and restaurants in Dubai, Geneva, and Toronto. Food is the combustion of our body and it is important to eat well.
