Perhaps one of the most famous exports from Punjabi cuisine, this dish features chicken cooked in a creamy tomato-based sauce, rich in butter and cream. Punjabi Shaan has the best butter chicken I have tasted in my life.
Chana Masala
A combination of spicy chickpeas (chole) and naan. It’s a popular street food often enjoyed as a hearty breakfast.
Tandoori Chicken
Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, then cooked in a tandoor. The dish has a vibrant color and smoky flavor. The dish is spot on.
Chicken Curry
Mild spicy. ginger, garlic, onions, and exotic spices, simmered in butter and cashews and the chicken melts in your mouth.
Sarson ka Saag
This is a classic Punjabi dish, especially popular in the winter months. Sarson ka Saag is a curry made from mustard greens and spices. Delicious and full of flavor.
Amritsari Kulcha
A type of leavened bread stuffed with potatoes, onions, and spices, baked in a tandoor. Amritsari Kulcha is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, typically served with chickpeas.
Dal Makhani
A creamy, slow-cooked lentil dish made with black urad dal and kidney beans, seasoned with butter and cream. You have to try this dish.
Hargopal Goyal is the owner, loves serving people, and goes out of his way to please you. He even brought me fresh gulab jamuns that he makes in-house.
The restaurant is spacious serving lassi and alcohol.
