Harwood Estate Vineyards is the only solar-powered winery in Canada. It is open year-round. Harwood is located in Hillier, Ontario where Frontenac Gris, La Crescent, Marquette, St. Laurent, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown.
